Our two bedroom duplex unit is perfect for families. Main floor offers bedroom, jetted tub bath w/shower, bath amenities, deluxe linens & towels, 3 TV's, VCR's w/free movie rental from office, living room w/fireplace, full kitchen w/dining area and deck in back. Upstairs has fantastic kids room and 1/4 Bath. Property includes: laundry facility, barbecue and parking.
Sleeps 4 adults or families of 5-6 (depending on age of children). Queen bed in bedroom, 3twin bed in upstairs children's room and sofabed in living room. Fully equipped kitchen includes: Stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, dishware, beverage & wine glasses, cookware and utensils. Complimentary coffee, tea & snacks to start your stay. Maid service available for additional fee.
This unit is within a few short blocks of beach, river and Broadway Street. Also, a short walk to Convention Center. Seaside offers activities for the entire family. May be combined with other units for larger families/groups. Contact us for further information.

$155-$195 (low season) Oct. 1 - Feb. 28
$175-$205 (mid season) March 1 - June 15
$205-$225 (high season) June 16 - Sept. 30
$225 July and August

Add 9% room tax. Holidays are high season rates.

Stay 5 or more nights and receive a tote bag filled with goodies.

VISA/MC/AMEX/DS reservation deposit required.
All units are non-smoking and no pets allowed.

July & August 4-5 night minimum stay required (sometimes shorter stays are available).
Off-season 2 night minimum. Holidays are 3-4 night minimum. All vacation rental units require
contract and security deposit. No cancellations less than 30-45 days prior to arrival date.

Directions: Traveling south on Highway 101, turn right on Ave G.
Traveling north on Highway 101 turn left on Ave G. Head (west) toward the ocean 3 1/2 blocks.
We are on the left side of the street at the corner of Ave G and South Downing Street.
