Comfortable beach-style house with beautiful knotty pine living room, fireplace, and kitchen /dining area. Downstairs has bedroom, jetted tub bath w/shower, extra shower room. Upstairs has two bedrooms and 1/2 bath. House includes: bath amenities, deluxe linens and towels, TV's, VCR's w/free movie rental from office, phone w/free local calls, small yard area w/barbecue & picnic table. Property includes: laundry facility and parking.
Sleeps 6 adults or families up to 8. Downstairs bedroom has one queen bed. Upstairs east bedroom has two double beds and one twin bed, the west bedroom has one double bed and one twin bed. Fully equipped kitchen includes: Stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, dishware, beverage & wine glasses, cookware and utensils. Complimentary coffee, tea & snacks to start your stay. Maid service available for additional fee.
This unit is within a few short blocks of beach, river and Broadway Street. Also, a short walk to Convention Center. Seaside offers activities for the entire family. May be combined with other units for larger families/groups. Contact us for further information.

$195-$250 (low season) Oct. 1 - Feb. 28
$225-$275 (mid season) March 1 - June 15
$250-$295 (high season) June 16 - Sept. 30
$295 July and August

Add 9% room tax. Holidays are high season rates.

Stay 5 or more nights and receive a tote bag filled with goodies.

VISA/MC/AMEX/DS reservation deposit required.
All units are non-smoking and no pets allowed.

July & August 4-5 night minimum stay required (sometimes shorter stays are available).
Off-season 2 night minimum. Holidays are 3-4 night minimum. All vacation rental units require
contract and security deposit. No cancellations less than 30-45 days prior to arrival date.

Directions: Traveling south on Highway 101, turn right on Ave G.
Traveling north on Highway 101 turn left on Ave G. Head (west) toward the ocean 3 1/2 blocks.
We are on the left side of the street at the corner of Ave G and South Downing Street.
